New September Socks!

After an excursion into thick fat shawl knitting I'm back to socks! Here are the ones I started last night. The yarn was dyed by me and I'm surprised by the effect as it is totally not what I was going for. The cable pattern is from Bäuerliches Stricken Book #2.



Here's a close-up of the cables, the colours are totally off though.

Back in the saddle again! Wooo!

I know you all probably think I forgot about this blog. Well, yeah I kinda did. I was looking around my blog to see what could be spruced up and saw this blog on my sidebar and said, "OOOPS!"
I'm sorry I haven't been contributing and from time to time I wonder if I should continue, what with my own blog and now, Ravelry.
