Red Heart Socks

This is my first attempt at true Fair Isle. I'm using Regia 4-ply. I'm thinking of putting red heels and toes on these. I did the color work with the socks on DPNs to make sure that the tension was correct and then switched to ML for the straight stockinet parts.

Those look great!

The LL's are special for Purl Soho in NY. Check out their website for the colors.

Hi there! Just love those heart socks, are you using a pattern? If so, could you please direct me to it? I don't need the whole sock, just the tops (hearts and ribbing).
Oh, and I think red heels and toes would look super!

Hello Ruth. Thanks for the input! I emailed you the chart I'm using. It's really just a home grown chart, tho. The gauge is 36 sts x 44 rows = 4"/10 cm. I just printed knitting graph paper to that effect and drew a heart. i cast on 72 stitches and it's 1.5" of 2x2 ribbing.
